Che sia una tappa di un lungo trekking nelle Dolomiti o per passare una notte in montagna lontano dalla frenesia, l’esperienza della notte in Rifugio è speciale, e ogni Rifugio è speciale a modo suo!

Ecco qualche informazione importante sulla nostra casa in quota:

  • Il rifugio dispone di 4 camere per un totale di 20 posti letto
  • Le camere sono dotate di letti singoli o a castello provvisti di materasso, cuscino e piumone
  • OBBLIGATORIO l’uso del sacco lenzuolo personale
  • Possibilità di acquisto sacco monouso in TNT
  • Servizi igienici al piano dotati di acqua calda
  • DOCCIA CALDA:  se disponibile, doccia calda  a gettone con supplemento di prezzo
  • Per gli ospiti che pernottano sono disponibili ciabatte e la rete wi-fi
  • Il trattamento di mezza pensione comprende CENA, PERNOTTAMENTO, COLAZIONE A BUFFET
  • La cena include un primo, un secondo con contorno, un dolce e mezzo litro d’acqua a testa (altre bevande escluse).
  • Il menù della mezza pensione comprende tra le scelta anche opzioni vegetariane
  • NON disponiamo di camere doppie.

Si raccomanda l’arrivo al rifugio entro le ore 17.30. La stanza deve essere lasciata entro le ore 8.30.

Non sono ammessi animali nelle stanze.

I soci CAI sono tenuti ad esibire il tesserino con bollino per l’anno in corso al momento della registrazione.

La prenotazione è da ritenersi confermata solo dopo il versamento della caparra di €30 a persona.

In caso di cancellazione da parte dell’ospite fino a 30 giorni dalla data di arrivo, la caparra verrà restituita con una trattenuta di 10€ per lavoro di ufficio.
In caso di cancellazione da parte dell’ospite a meno di 30 giorni dalla data richiesta, la caparra non verrà rimborsata.
Qualora il giorno dell’arrivo si dovessero presentare meno partecipanti rispetto al numero di persone prenotate verrà trattenuta la quota della caparra per ogni partecipante assente.
Come da regolamento CAI, la prenotazione viene mantenuta valida fino alle ore 18.00.

OVERNIGHT

Whether it is a stop on a long trek in the Dolomites or to spend a night in the mountains far from the frenzy, the experience of the night in a refuge is special, and each refuge is special in its own way!

We are happy to welcome you to Città di Fiume!

Here is some important information about our house at high altitude:

  • The refuge has 4 bedrooms for a total of 20 beds.
  • The rooms are equipped with single or bunk beds with mattress, pillow and duvet.
  • The use of a personal liner/ sheet bag is MANDATORY.
  • Possibility to purchase disposable TNT bag.
  • We do NOT have double rooms.
  • It is recommended to arrive at the refuge by 5.30 pm. The room must be left by 8.30 am.
  • Toilets and bathrooms equipped with hot water are located on the floor.
  • A hot shower if available, coin-operated hot shower at extra charge
  • For guests staying overnight, slippers and wi-fi are available.
  • The half-board dinner includes one first course, one second course with side dish, one dessert and half liter of water per person (other drinks not included).
  • Vegetarian options are also among the choices.
  • Pets are not allowed in the rooms.
  • CAI/mountain club members are required to show the card with sticker for the current year at the time of registration.
  • The reservation is to be considered confirmed only after the payment of the deposit of €30 per person.
  • In case of cancellation by the guest less than 15 days from the requested date, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • If fewer participants should show up on the day of arrival than the number of people booked, the deposit will be retained for each absent participant.
  • As per the CAI regulation, the reservation is kept valid until 18.00.

It is recommended to arrive at the refuge by 5:30 pm. Rooms must be vacated by 8:30 am.

No animals are allowed in the rooms.

CAI members must present their membership card with the current year’s stamp at the time of registration.

The reservation is considered confirmed only after the payment of a deposit of €30 per person. In case of cancellation by the guest up to 30 days from the date of arrival, the deposit will be returned with a deduction of 10€ for paperwork. In case of cancellation by the guest less than 30 days from the requested date, the deposit will not be refunded. If on the day of arrival there are fewer participants than the number of people booked, the deposit will be retained for each absent participant.

As per CAI regulations, the reservation will be held until 6:00 pm.

HUT RULES

  • MANDATORY use of a personal sleeping bag.
    (Possibility of purchasing a disposable TNT sack for €10).
  • Toilets and bathrooms equipped with hot water are located on the floor. A hot shower is available with an extra charge (token).
  • It is forbidden to enter the sleeping area in shoes.
  • It is recommended to arrive at the hut by 5.30 p.m. The room must be vacated by 8.30 a.m.
  • Animals are not allowed in the rooms.
  • Mountain Club members are required to show their Club membership card with stamp for the current year when registering.
  • Bookings are only confirmed after payment of the deposit of €30 per person.
  • In case of cancellation by the guest less than 15 days before the requested date, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • Should fewer participants arrive on the day of arrival than the number of people booked, the deposit will be retained for each absent participant.

Ob es sich um eine Etappe auf einer langen Wanderung in den Dolomiten handelt oder um eine Übernachtung in den Bergen abseits des Trubels, das Erlebnis einer Hüttenübernachtung ist etwas Besonderes, und jede Hütte ist auf ihre eigene Art besonders!

Hier finden Sie einige wichtige Informationen über unsere Berghütte:

  • Das Rifugio hat 4 Zimmer mit insgesamt 20 Betten.

  • Die Zimmer sind mit Einzelbetten oder Etagenbetten mit Matratze, Kopfkissen und Bettdecke ausgestattet.

  • Obligatorische Verwendung eines persönlichen Schlafsacks.

  • Es besteht die Möglichkeit, einen Einweg-TNT-Sack für 10 € zu kaufen.

  • Wir haben KEINE Doppelzimmer.

  • Es wird empfohlen, bis 17.30 Uhr auf der Hütte zu sein. Der Raum muss bis 8.30 Uhr geräumt sein.

  • Heiße Dusche falls vorhanden, münzbetriebene heiße Dusche gegen Aufpreis

  • Für Übernachtungsgäste stehen Hausschuhe und W-LAN zur Verfügung.

  • Das Abendessen im Rahmen der Halbpension
    beinhaltet einen ersten Gang, einen zweiten Gang mit Beilage, ein Dessert und einen halben Liter Wasser pro Person (andere Getränke nicht inbegriffen).
  • Haustiere sind in den Zimmern nicht erlaubt.

  • Alpenvereinsmitglieder müssen bei der Anmeldung ihren Mitgliedsausweis mit Stempel für das laufende Jahr vorlegen.

  • Buchungen werden erst nach Zahlung der Anzahlung von 30 € pro Person bestätigt.

  • Im Falle einer Stornierung durch den Gast weniger als 15 Tage vor dem gewünschten Termin wird die Anzahlung nicht zurückerstattet.

  • Sollten am Anreisetag weniger Teilnehmer als gebucht eintreffen, wird die Anzahlung für jeden abwesenden Teilnehmer einbehalten.

  • Gemäß den CAI-Vorschriften ist die Reservierung bis 18 Uhr gültig.
